InquiryEscalationReasonEnum

This enumerated type contains a list of reasons why a buyer or seller has asked eBay customer support to step in and help.

No calls use InquiryEscalationReasonEnum.

Enumeration Values

Value Description
BUYER_TROUBLE Indicates the seller has escalated the inquiry because he/she is having trouble with the buyer.
BUYER_UNHAPPY Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the buyer is unhappy with the current state of the inquiry.
NO_REFUND Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because an expected refund has not been received.
NOT_RECEIVED Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because they have still not received the item, and the expected item arrival window has passed.
OTHERS Indicates the inquiry has been escalated for an undetermined reason.
SELLER_NORESPONSE Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the seller has not responded to the inquiry within the allotted amount of time.
SHIPPED_ITEM Indicates the item has been shipped.
TROUBLE_COMMUNICATION Indicates the buyer or seller has escalated the inquiry because they have trouble communicating with the order partner concerning the inquiry.
