This enumerated type contains a list of reasons why a buyer or seller has asked eBay customer support to step in and help.
No calls use InquiryEscalationReasonEnum.
||Indicates the seller has escalated the inquiry because he/she is having trouble with the buyer.
||Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the buyer is unhappy with the current state of the inquiry.
||Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because an expected refund has not been received.
||Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because they have still not received the item, and the expected item arrival window has passed.
||Indicates the inquiry has been escalated for an undetermined reason.
||Indicates the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the seller has not responded to the inquiry within the allotted amount of time.
||Indicates the item has been shipped.
||Indicates the buyer or seller has escalated the inquiry because they have trouble communicating with the order partner concerning the inquiry.
