Can I retrieve scheduled listing ?

Summary

   As a seller,  you can view your scheduled items in the Pending Items view in My eBay. The Sheduled Items  is also returned in GetItem, GetMyeBaySelling and GetSellerList if the API requester is the seller of the item.

  A few notes:  1. The scheduled time is returned in StartTime in the above calls.

                       2. GetItem returns error 17 Item "100012601418" is invalid, not activated, or no longer in our database, or an Live Auction item if the requester is not the owner of the item.

     It's  2006-12-13T22:53:39.921Z (eBay time),   the sample request below sets the item's ScheduleTime property  to be 2006-12-14T22:53:39.921Z, one day after.  Before the ScheduleTime is reached,  this item will not be visible to anybody but the Seller.
