Sometimes if I enter the ItemID in the search box on Sandbox, it returns an error page. How can I view my item?

Sometimes instead of routing the user to the ViewItem page it routes to a page similar to .  Since this page does not exist, you get the error "The page cannot be displayed".

This issue has now been resolved.  However, if you still have problems, the workaround for this is to plug in your ItemID to the ViewItem URL:<ItemID> where you replace <ItemID> with your ItemID.
