The status of an Unpaid Item Dispute does not appear to be correct. The last response was made by the buyer, but the status still shows as "Waiting for Buyer's response"

On rare occassions, the status of a UPI Dispute can be incorrect. If there was a transactional problem when the last response was made, every attempt is made to record the last response, and sometimes the dispute record itself is not fully updated and left in the wrong status. When this happens GetDispute usually will return the last response which will have a timestamp later than the timestamp of the Dispute. This is an important point to remember. GetDispute will return the last response even though it appears to have occurred after the last updated timestamp of the Dispute. When you see this data inconsistency, please instruct the last party who responded to make yet another, identical response which will change the status appropriately.

Therefore, the general workaround is to have the last party who responded make yet another, identical response which will change the status appropriately.
