I'm using public Client Alerts, to track ending items as outlined in the Client Alerts API Guide.  However, I'm not receiving updates indicating that a fixed-price item has ended.  Why is that?

Currently, eBay only supports ItemEnded alerts for auction items that have ended. This is primarily for capacity and performance reasons. Although this may change in the future, we have no current plan to support ItemEnded alerts for fixed-price items.
