Products Question GetAccountCall returns no eBay fees for some items. Is it possible for a seller to list an item for no charge?

The listings in question are auction-style (<ListingType>Chinese<ListingType> items. You are not charged for Insertion fees for the first 50 Chinese items that are NOT in eBay Stores, Real Estate, a few Motors subcategories, and some Business & Industrial subcategories in a month.
