Why the Items that listed with ShipToLocation.Worldwide are not shown up on all ebay sites

Passing in <ShipToLocations>Worldwide<ShipToLocations> in the AddItem family of calls doesn’t mean that your item will automatically show up on all eBay sites, you also need to specify CrossBorderTrade property in your call.

A seller must meet the International site visibility requirements in order to use CrossBorderTrade feature. Also, keep in mind that the CrossBorderTrade feature is currently only supported by the US, UK, eBay Canada, and eBay Ireland sites and there is a small listing fee for using the feature.
