A gallery image could not be generated successfully for any of these listings. However, it seems that for some cases the image is appearing correctly for other items using the same image.
For all these items there were download failures. For any image that is being served via a HTTP304 (a redirect), there is a larger chance of a timeout failure. The best solution will be for the seller to ensure that the picture URLs can be hit directly without being redirected.
