How come I can't specify a return policy in an AddItem request for the eBay Motors site when I see a returns accepted control box in the user interface? I keep getting the following error: <ShortMessage>Invalid value for return policy.<ShortMessage>

Answer: Generally speaking a return policy is enabled for the eBay Motors site, it just needs to be implemented a bit differently. Instead of using the usual "ReturnsNotAccepted," don't specify a return policy container in your request. Just make sure you specify, clearly, in the item description that returns are not accepted. If you do accept returns go ahead and fill out the ReturnPolicy container as you normally would.
