eBay will add TLS1.2 support to our Production API endpoints on 9/15
                      https://api.ebay.com
                      https://svcs.ebay.com

eBay will also continue to support TLS 1.0 and 1.1 until at least June 2017. However, if your application is on an older stack, it might not be compatible with the order of the ciphers.

Starting on Thursday, August 25, these Sandbox API endpoints
already support TLS 1.2:
                      https://api.sandbox.ebay.com
                      https://svcs.sandbox.ebay.com

We strongly recommend that you use the Sandbox endpoints to test your application’s compatibility and verify that your system supports TLS 1.2 and SHA2 cert before 9/15 . Please file a support ticket http://developer.ebay.com/support/developersupport/default.aspx if there are issues.

eBay will also add TLS 1.2 support to all applicable endpoints and web pages over the next several months.

Please note that this change is part of an industry-wide initiative to improve security standards across the Web.
