Where do I go to see my support tickets?

On 2/15/05, eBay's Developers Program Website has changed to provide premium interactive Live Help support and bug reporting. Any tickets that existed prior to this change or are currently active under the new system are available using these steps:

1. Go to this page:
2. Log-in with your Commercial Tier userId and password.
3. Select a contact.
4. Click on Report a Bug to log-in to the support system.
5. Click on the tab: 'My Tickets'.
6. Click on 'Tickets'
You will now sees a list of tickets associated with this account.
