Summary Although PayPal account holders can set their payment receiving preferences to block transactions funded by eCheck, they are not allowed to block eCheck funded payments for eBay purchases. Therefore, eBay sellers cannot prevent buyers from sending eCheck funded payments, if the eBay item accepts PayPal payment method.
