How to block buyers from certain countries?

Detailed Description

  You can use buyer requirements functionality to avoid the buyers who registered in countries to which you don't ship.

To set ShipToRegistrationCountry flag per item

  •   Define Item.BuyerRequirements.ShipToRgistationCountry to true  in AddItem call as :

    <BuyerRequirements>
       <
    ShipToRegistrationCountry>true</ShipToRegistrationCountry
    >
     </
    BuyerRequirements>

Please be aware that <BuyeRequirements> container  will override all global MyeBay Buyer Requirements. As a result,  you need to specify the other Buyer Requirement flags accordingly if you do not want to lost them.

To set the Buyer Requirement globally for all seller's listing, follow these steps:

  1. In My eBay, under the My Account column, click the "Preferences" link
  2. In the Seller Preferences section, click the “Edit” link or go to Buyer Requirements page directly.
    • Select your Buyers in countries to which I don't ship buyer requirements and click Submit

NOTE. Please read Selecting Buyer Requirements document for the effects of the setting.
