LMS Sandbox users are seeing "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" error

Users are not able to run LMS jobs in the Sandbox environment.
When they try to do so, they are getting the error:

"Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"

We are aware of this issue and working to get this issue fixed.
