GetOrders might fail with Internal Error to Application when the X-EBAY-API-SITEID request header sets to 0 

We are aware of this issue anr actively working to get this issue resolved.

Workaround:

You can make the GetOrders API call against SiteID 3 (X-EBAY-API-SITEID=3) or any other international SiteID to retrieve Orders
