Description:

UploadSiteHostedPictures Trading API call is giving back "Internal error to the application" (error code 10007).  This is a known issue that eBay is actively working on.

UPDATE:

The issue was resolved ~230PM PST, but due to a large backlog of transactions you may experience some latency and/or timeouts.  This should slowly resolve itself throughout the day.
