In addition to using the MIP user interface to upload and download data, you can also use the MIP Secure File Transfer Server (SFTP). See the FTP setup page for usage.

Alternate password option

If you need to obtain a new SFTP token manually using the MIP user interface, do the following:

  1. In the MIP user interface, open the FTP setup.
  2. Select Generate Token to create an access token and use the token as the password.

Note: Sellers can have a maximize of five active SFTP tokens at any given time. Each token remains valid for six months from the creation date. If a seller's credentials change, all existing tokens become invalid and must be regenerated.
