The GetSingleItem call now returns parts compatibility information about the requested item if the IncludeSelector field is passed with a value of Compatibility. This is the same compatibility information already available in the Trading API.
The following fields are returned:
Parts compatibility is supported in limited Parts & Accessories categories, on the eBay Motors (US) site (site ID 100) only. Parts compatibility information is not returned if the item has no specified compatible applications. For more information, see the Listing Items with Parts Compatibility section of the Trading API Guide.

The RestockingFeeValue and RestockingFeeValueOption fields added in GetSingleItem and GetMultipleItems calls allow you to display the restocking fee for returned items, if any. The RestockingFeeValue field returns a user-friendly description of the restocking fee. The RestockingFeeValueOption field returns the enumeration value that indicates the restocking fee charged by the seller.

GetSingleItem and GetMultipleItems now return the Item.GlobalShipping flag, which indicates whether eBay's Global Shipping Program is offered for a listing. If the value of GlobalShipping is true, the Global Shipping Program is the default international shipping option for the listing. If the value of GlobalShipping is false, the seller might have specified an alternative international shipping service for the listing, or no international shipping option at all.
The European Union requires listings for certain types of products to include the price per unit for comparison purposes. GetSingleItem and GetMultipleItems provide a new output container, UnitInfo, to return the designation (one of Kg 100g 10g L 100ml 10ml M M2 M3 Unit) in the UnitType field, and the quantity in the UnitQuantity field. eBay calculates and displays the price per unit for that unit type in the item listing (for example, "£2.47/Kg"). This information is currently provided only by EU business sellers, and only for listings with a Buy It Now option. For more information, see the Trading API Call Reference for UnitInfo.

As of this release, the Global Exchange program is called the Global Shipping Program. All references to "Global Exchange" in the Shopping API call reference and the User's Guide have been changed to "Global Shipping Program."
The Global Shipping Program is now available for testing with simulated responses in the Sandbox. The full functionality of the Global Shipping Program will be available in August 2012.
IMPORTANT: When issuing the Shoppping API GetShippingCosts call to return the Global Shipping Program ImportCharge field, you must set the schema version number in the call request to 787, regardless of the actual schema version you're currently using. This will be necessary until the full release of the Global Shipping Program.
