EscalateReasonEnum

This token type lists the values that can be used for reasons to escalate a return request to a return case.

Enumeration Values

Value Description
BUYER_NORESPONSE Use this value as an escalation reason for the seller if the buyer was expected to, but did not perform a required action on the return request.
BUYER_RETURNED_WRONG_ITEM Use this value as an escalation reason for the seller if the buyer returned the wrong item.
DISAGREE_WITH_RETURN_REASON Use this value as an escalation reason for the seller if the seller does not believe that the buyer's return reason is valid.
ITEM_NOT_RECEIVED Use this value as an escalation reason for the seller if the seller has not received the return item within the expected delivery time.
ITEM_RECEIVED_IN_DIFFERENT_CONDITION Use this value as an escalation reason for the seller if the seller received the returned item from the seller, but believes the condition of the item does not match the condition of that same item when the seller originally shipped it to the buyer.
NEW_ITEM_NOT_RECEIVED Use this value as an escalation reason if the new replacement item was not received by the buyer.
NO_REFUND_FOR_RETURN_SHIPPING Use this value as an escalation reason if the buyer did receive an item refund, but did not receive a refund for return shipping cost, and return shipping cost was expected to be paid by the seller.
NO_REFUND_RECEIVED Use this value as an escalation reason if the buyer did not receive an expected refund after the seller received the returned item from the buyer.
OTHER Use this value as an escalation reason if the other values in EscalateReasonEnum does not fit the use case. If this value is used in the escalate call, the user should use the comments container to provide a detailed explanation about why the return request is being escalated.
RECEIVED_WRONG_ITEM Use this value as an escalation reason if the buyer received the wrong replacement item.
SELLER_NO_RESPONSE Use this value as an escalation reason if the seller has not responded to the buyer's return request.
TROUBLE_COMMUNICATION_WITH_BUYER Use this value as an escalation reason if the seller is having trouble communicating with the buyer about the return request.
TROUBLE_COMMUNICATION_WITH_SELLER Use this value as an escalation reason if the buyer is having trouble communicating with the seller about the return request.
