Cross Promotion items image

How can I ensure that my cross promoted items have an image instead of the camera icon?

Summary

The picture of a cross promoted item is displayed on the ViewItem page if the item has one of the following:

• Gallery picture
• Pictures hosted on the eBay Picture Servers.  In this case, the first uploaded picture is displayed.

This essentially means that the picture needs to be hosted on eBay Picture Servers for it to render in the cross promoted item.
