Error 2190878 - Private Feedback Restriction

Why I am suddenly receiving this error from my AddItem or RelistItem call?

   <LongMessage>You cannot list an item because you have a private Feedback Profile. Please make your Feedback Profile public.</LongMessage> 
   <ErrorCode>2190878</ErrorCode>

    <ErrorClassification>RequestError</ErrorClassification> 
</Errors>

Summary

This error indicates that your eBay Selling Account is has it's Feedback Profile set to "Private". It is no longer allowed to sell items on eBay with a private Feedback profile.
