When I go to Selling Manager Pro, I see some orders with SalesRecordNumber = 0. Why is that?

For buyer-created orders, if OrderStatus is not Complete, the Order level SellingManagerSalesRecordNumber will not be set. This is expected behavior. If a buyer-created order is not completed, then the Order level SalesRecordNumber won't be set and will display as 0. But for each transaction, a SalesRecordNumber is always created. When calling GetOrders for an Incomplete order, the Order SellingManagerSalesRecordNumber value would be returned as: ... Incomplete ... 0
