If you list an item with product data, your item has better chances of being surfaced in the search results. Here is a C# AddFixedPriceItem sample for listing an item with eBay's product identifier (ePID). This sample has been written using the .NET SDK v817

You can use the SAME code snippet as https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=1707.  You just need to make the following changes/additions below,

*NOTE - make sure you copy the rest of the code snippet from KB1707.  And swtich out the UPC or MPN for the below
