Summary
The life time of an Open eBay Identity Provider (OEIDP) token is 24 hours. As a result, you need to use OpeneBayApplicationIntegrationService.login API call daily to obtain the token in order to perform billing operations and setting a subscription states using OpeneBaySubscriptionService.
