I have a customer (username: xyz) who sells on the US site and is subscribed to Selling Manager Pro. However, he can't see the application tab and therefore can't subscribe to my Selling Manager application.

To subscribe to Selling Manager applications, a user must:

1. Be registered as a seller on the U.S. eBay site
2. Have a subscription to Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro.

Make a call to GetUser for the user (xyz) and check the value of Site returned in the response.

As can be seen from the response, the customer is not registered on the US eBay site and therefore is unable to see the application tab and subscribe. The customer can contact eBay's customer service for changing the registration site to US. They can utilize LiveChat or email to make the request.
