When I try to list an item with a listing duration of 30 days or GTC, I get the following error:

Summary
To be able to list an item with a GTC or a 30 day duration, the seller needs to be:
Store Owner
Business Seller
Unless these 2 requirements are met, the seller will not be able to list the item as a 30 Day or GTC item.
