Why I am not receiving the INRBuyerOpenedDispute eBay Notification when a buyer opened a PayPal Item Not Received Dispute?
Summary
Currently, the disputes that opened through PayPal Resolution Center do not trigger eBay INR (ItemNotReceived) Platform Notifications.
eBay INR (ItemNotReceived) Platform Notifications: INRBuyerClosed, INRBuyerClosedDispute, INRBuyerRespondedToDispute and INRSellerRespondedToDispute events are triggered if the dispute is filed from eBay's Resolution Center and the non-PayPal payment method is used for the item in question.
