To get your call limits raised, please post your request by visiting this link. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on ask a question. You will be asked to sign-in to ebay.com and then re-directed to Contact eBay Customer Support page as below.
Enter your request and hit Send to submit. CS will work with you to get your limits raised.
