Sandbox Registration Tool Error "REG.BIZ.140"

I am not able to create a Sandbox user via Sandbox Registration Tool due to the Error as follows:

Oops!
An error number "REG.BIZ.140" occurred while processing your request. No user was created.

Summary 

   It is not allowed to set Email ID to the same value as your Sandbox UserID.

   For example,  the error "REG.BIZ.140" will be triggered if your user name and email are assigned as below:

UserID: TESTUSER_sandboxseller
Email: TESTUSER_sandboxseller@aol.com
