The GetAdFormatLeads call is not always returning MemberMessageExchange container even when the <IncludeMemberMessage>true</IncludeMemberMessage> tag is specified in the request. What is the problem?
Summary
The member messages will not be returned in GetAdFormatLeads if seller goes to the item's My Messages: Respond to Question page and click on the Delete button that marked red below:
The message is then marked as DELETED and permanently disassociated with the item, and it is filtered out for all use cases for GetAdFormatLeads API call.
NOTE. This is different from deleting the message from the buyers or the sellers message inbox. A message deleted from a user's email box is not marked as DELETE status to the item that assoiated.
