Getting the "Notes to yourself" from MyeBay "Paid & Shipped" transactions

In MyeBay, the seller can add "Notes to yourself" for the "Paid & Shipped" transactions.
Can these "Notes to yourself" be retrieved through any API calls?

Summary

The "Notes to yourself" data that can be entered in MyeBay for transactions is not returned in any API calls.
This data is included in the downloadable report for "Paid & Shipped" transactions from MyeBay.
If you are interested in having this functionality through the API, please put a detailed feature request in the Developer Product Feedback/Wish List forum.
