Get shipping tracking information when PayPal shipping is used

Is there any shipping tracking information available through the API?

Detailed Description

There is shipping tracking information available in the API when PayPal shipping is used and the shipping carrier is UPS.
In this case, the shipping tracking number is available through the GetItemTransactions and GetSellerTransactions API calls.
The response of these 2 API calls will contain the data point in the Transaction.ShippingDetails.ShipmentTrackingNumber element.
