Indicates the case is closed.
Indicates customer support has closed the case.
Indicates the case is on hold.
Indicates the case is open.
Indicates the status of the case cannot be determined.
Indicates the buyer and seller have agreed upon a refund solution, but the refund transaction failed.
Indicates the case is waiting on a response from customer support.
Indicates the buyer is awaiting for delivery of the shipped item.
