Feature Benefits:

This release brings the SOAP API set to parity with API calls available in the legacy XML API as of Q4 2004. Read more about the SOAP API. In addition, the SOAP API is fully compatible with the new schema XML API. All developers using the legacy XML API or any version of the eBay SDK for Windows based on the legacy XML API (Version 2.6 or earlier) are required to migrate. The legacy schema XML API will be deprecated in June 2006.
