Research Web Services for eBay (powered by DataUnison)

Use the Research Web Services for eBay to retrieve historical eBay data.

There are two ways to get historical data on eBay listings:

• License data from the eBay Market Data program
• Use the Research Web Services for eBay (powered by DataUnison)
• Price Research API: Free for non-commercial use up to 1,000 calls a month
• Advanced Research API: Available for license from DataUnison »

Price Research API

• 30 days of data
• Historical pricing by keyword
• Variable date range
• Optional daily statistics
• Ideal for widgets or other affiliate tools

• GetPriceResearch: Returns basic pricing statistics for a keyword and date range combination.

DataUnison also licenses an advanced set of APIs you can use to get more comprehensive data.

Access and Rate Limiting

Access to eBay Research APIs is over HTTP, and requires only an eBay AppID for authentication.

You are limited to 1,000 requests per AppID per month. To raise your limit, contact DataUnison for licensing options.
