These API Logo Usage Requirements are part of the API License Agreement. Your use of the API Logos must comply with these requirements. Capitalized terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the API License Agreement.

	You are displaying items in your application.
	You are a member of the eBay Developers Program, but have not passed the Compatible Application Check.
	You have passed the Compatible Application Check
