InquiryEscalationReasonEnum

This enumerated type contains a list of reasons why a buyer or seller has asked eBay customer support to step in and help with an INR inquiry.

No calls use InquiryEscalationReasonEnum.

Enumeration Values

Value Description
BUYER_TROUBLE This enumeration value indicates that the seller has escalated the inquiry because he/she is having trouble with the buyer.
BUYER_UNHAPPY This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the buyer is unhappy with the current state of the inquiry.
NO_REFUND This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because an expected refund for the item has not been received.
NOT_RECEIVED This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because they have still not received the item, and the expected item arrival window has passed.
OTHERS This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry has been escalated for an undetermined reason.
SELLER_NORESPONSE This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the INR inquiry because the seller has not responded to the inquiry within the allotted amount of time.
SHIPPED_ITEM This enumeration value indicates that the seller has shipped the item, but the buyer has not acknowledged this.
TROUBLE_COMMUNICATION This enumeration value indicates that the buyer or seller has escalated the inquiry because they had trouble communicating with the order partner concerning the INR inquiry.
