Developer Impact: Requiring Handling Time

This requirement was first announced in June 2008.
An existing node is now required, so you probably already support this feature.
We suggest you review how many of your sellers are compliant and educate those who are not compliant. You'll find that most of your users are probably already compliant.
Enforcement is October.
Listings without a specified handling time will fail.
