Outage over: Temporary Shopping API Outage

Update: 15 Jan, 2009 (3:15 pm): The Shopping API outage is over. We expect call volumes to be high for a little
while and then even out. Call response times may be a little slow during that
time.
As of approximately 1:00 pm PST, the Shopping API has been experiencing a temporary outage. All calls are affected.
We are working hard to resolve the issue. Please check the System Announcements for status.
