SNADCaseStatusType ( token )

Enumeration type containing the case status values applicable to an older Significantly Not As Described case opened by a buyer.

Value Description Which calls use this value *
CLOSED Case is closed. getUserCases
CS_CLOSED Case has been closed by eBay customer support. getUserCases
EXPIRED The life of the case has expired. getUserCases
MY_PAYMENT_DUE A payment is due from the user (caller). getUserCases
MY_RESPONSE_DUE A response is due from the user (caller). getUserCases
OTHER The status of the case is classifed as 'other'. getUserCases
OTHER_PARTY_CONTACTED_CS_AWAITING_RESPONSE The other party in the case has contacted and is awaiting a response from eBay customer support. getUserCases
OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE A response is due from the other party in the case. getUserCases
PAID The disputed amount in the case has been paid. getUserCases
WAITING_DELIVERY Based on the status of the case, this value can indicate that the buyer is awaiting a replacement item from the seller, or the seller is awaiting the return shipment from the buyer. getUserCases
YOU_CONTACTED_CS_ABOUT_CLOSED_CASE The user (caller) contacted eBay customer support to discuss a closed case. getUserCases
YOU_CONTACTED_CS_AWAITING_RESPONSE The user (caller) has contacted and is awaiting a response from eBay customer support. getUserCases
