| MY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response is due from the user (caller). | getUserCases |
| OTHER | The status of the case is classifed as 'other'. | getUserCases |
| OTHER_PARTY_CONTACTED_CS_AWAITING_RESPONSE | The other party in the case has contacted and is awaiting a response from eBay customer support. | getUserCases |
| OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response is due from the other party in the case. | getUserCases |
| PAID | The disputed amount in the case has been paid. | getUserCases |
| WAITING_DELIVERY | Based on the status of the case, this value can indicate that the buyer is awaiting a replacement item from the seller, or the seller is awaiting the return shipment from the buyer. | getUserCases |
| YOU_CONTACTED_CS_ABOUT_CLOSED_CASE | The user (caller) contacted eBay customer support to discuss a closed case. | getUserCases |
