| CLOSED_FVFCREDIT_STRIKE | The Returned Item case has been closed with a Final Value Fee (FVF) credit applied to the buyer's account and a strike applied against the party at fault. | getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases |
| CS_CLOSED | Returned Item case has been closed by customer service. | getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases |
| EXPIRED | The life of the Returned Item case has expired. | getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases |
| MY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the user in the Returned Item case is due. | getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases |
