Sellers use this call to provide a full refund to the buyer. In a situation where the item was already delivered to the buyer, this action is not dependent on the buyer returning the item.
This optional field allows the seller to add a comment intended to be read by the buyer receiving the refund. For example, the seller might add a comment such as this in the field: "Here is your full refund of the item."
