EBPINRCaseStatusType ( token )

Enumeration type containing all status values applicable to an Item Not Received case opened by a buyer in the Resolution Center.

CASE_CLOSED_CS_RESPONDED eBay customer support responded to a closed case. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
CLOSED Case is closed. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
CS_CLOSED Case has been closed by eBay customer support. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
EXPIRED The life of the case has expired. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
MY_PAYMENT_DUE A payment is due from the user (caller). getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
MY_RESPONSE_DUE A response is due from the user (caller). getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
OTHER The status of the case is classified as 'other'. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
OTHER_PARTY_CONTACTED_CS_AWAITING_RESPONSE The other party in the case has contacted and is awaiting a response from eBay customer support. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE A response is due from the other party in the case. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
PAID The disputed amount in the case has been paid. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
YOU_CONTACTED_CS_ABOUT_CLOSED_CASE The user (caller) contacted eBay customer support to discuss a closed case. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
YOU_CONTACTED_CS_AWAITING_RESPONSE The user (caller) has contacted and is awaiting a response from eBay customer support. getEBPCaseDetail, getUserCases
