AppealToCustomerSupportOptionType ( BaseActivityOptionType )

If the appealToCustomerSupport activity option is returned in the getActivityOptions response, the seller can use the appealToCustomerSupport call to appeal a case decision.

customerSupportResponseTimeInHours ( integer ) [0..1]
The customerSupportResponseTimeInHours field gives the projected eBay customer support response time (in hours) if the seller decides to appeal a case decision. eBay customer support should allow or deny the appeal within this time frame.
