ReviseItem

ReviseItem allows a seller to make changes to a currently active item listing. You can use the call to make changes to the item properties that make up the definition of an item listing. This is known as revising an item and this call is analogous to the Revise Your Item (RYI) page on the eBay site.

To revise a mult-variation listing, use ReviseFixedPriceItem instead.

To revise an item using ReviseItem, the following conditions must be met:

There are some limitations on which item properties may be changed in the process of an item revision, depending on whether there are bids on the listing and/or the listing is within 12 hours of its end time.

ReviseItem returns the item ID for the revised listing (for confirmation purposes) plus the estimated fees for the revised item listing. See Fees Resulting from Listing an Item.

For more detailed information on revising an item, including source code examples, see Revising Items.
