This feature will not be active until the 2009 SR2 release. Minimum percentage difference value between start price and the Buy It Now price for a listing, defined in the site parameters. In the Motors site, requirements for Motors Vehicles are different from those for Parts and Accessories, and the category details are needed to get the percentage requirements for the Motors site.
