Version	Logical Change
485	Introduces a logical change to calls that return cross-promotion information: In GetItem, the IncludeCrossPromotion input field defaults to false with request version 485 and higher. (With lower request versions, it defaults to true.) In other words, to retrieve the CrossPromotions node in GetItem, you must now set IncludeCrossPromotion to true with request version 485 and higher. Note: Also see the Deprecation Schedule for information about fields in PromotedItem that have been deprecated with version 485.
453	Introduces a logical change related to blocking bidders. For BuyerRequirements.LinkedPayPalAccount, the My eBay setting is automatically picked up on AddItem only if the request version is greater than or equal to 453. For lower request versions, you must send in explicit BuyerRequirement input even if you have your "global" MyeBay setting set to require this.
415	As of June 1, 2006, this is the minimum supported version for existing applications. eBay will not support issues related to objects that worked differently in earlier versions.
